Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using any part of the Traffi.app platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you are using Traffi.app on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to that entity.

These Terms apply in addition to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Service Description

Traffi.app is an autonomous content marketing platform that:

• Analyzes your website and extracts your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Generates SEO-optimized articles using AI based on your content strategy
• Distributes articles to third-party publishing platforms (Dev.to, Hashnode, and others)
• Tracks traffic performance via tracked links (track.traffi.app) and provides analytics
• Runs content campaigns on automated schedules to compound organic traffic over time

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice. Feature availability may vary by subscription tier.

3. Account Registration

To use Traffi.app, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Accounts are non-transferable.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for more than 24 months, or are associated with fraudulent activity.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Traffi.app is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is as follows:

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the billing anniversary date.

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. We never store your credit card details.

If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 5 days. If payment remains unsuccessful, your account will be downgraded or suspended until the balance is resolved.

Upgrades & Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately (with prorated billing). Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes in your jurisdiction. For EU customers, VAT may be applied based on your location. Provide your VAT number in billing settings to receive a reverse-charge invoice.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 5-day free trial on any paid plan. No charge is made during the trial period.

At the end of the trial, your account is automatically charged for the first month unless you cancel before the trial expires. You may cancel anytime during the trial from your account settings.

Free trials are available to new customers only. We reserve the right to limit or revoke free trial access if we detect abuse (e.g., creating multiple accounts to extend trial access).

6. Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to Traffi.app — your website URLs, ICP data, brand guidelines, and any custom instructions.

Generated Articles

Articles generated by Traffi.app using your data and instructions are assigned to you. You own the generated content and may use it for any lawful purpose, including publishing on platforms outside of Traffi.app.

By using the service, you grant Traffi.app a limited license to use your input data and generated content solely to provide and improve the service.

AI Disclosure

Content generated by Traffi.app is produced by artificial intelligence. While we optimize for quality and SEO effectiveness, we make no guarantee that AI-generated content will meet specific editorial standards. You are responsible for reviewing content before publication and ensuring it complies with the policies of any platform you publish to.

Platform Policies

When content is published to third-party platforms (Dev.to, Hashnode, etc.), it becomes subject to those platforms' terms and content policies. We are not responsible for content moderation decisions made by third-party platforms.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Traffi.app to:

• Generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, or illegal
• Create spam, phishing content, or misleading articles
• Violate the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary features of the platform
• Circumvent our billing systems, including creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials
• Use the service in a way that imposes unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Distribute malware, spyware, or harmful code via generated content
• Publish content that violates GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy regulations

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Traffi.app integrates with third-party platforms (Dev.to, Hashnode, Stripe, etc.) to deliver its service. We are not responsible for:

• Downtime, API changes, or policy changes by third-party platforms
• Content removal or account suspension by distribution platforms
• Loss of performance data if a third-party analytics service is unavailable

By connecting your accounts on third-party platforms, you grant Traffi.app permission to act on your behalf on those platforms (publish articles, read analytics) within the scope of the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure
• Generated content will achieve specific SEO rankings or traffic results
• Published articles will be accepted by or remain on third-party platforms
• Traffic analytics will be 100% accurate (tracking data is inherently approximate)

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control (algorithm changes, competition, website authority). We make no guarantees about traffic outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRAFFI.APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TRAFFI.APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Termination & Cancellation

Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.

Account Deletion

You may request full account deletion by emailing hello@traffi.app. We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain (billing records, etc.).

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if:

• You violate these Terms (immediate suspension)
• Your payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days
• We detect fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
• We discontinue the service (with 30 days' notice)

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the service ends. We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination to allow you to export it before deletion.

12. GDPR & Data Processing

For EU/UK users, our data processing practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. In the context of these Terms:

• You are the data controller for any personal data contained in the content you submit or generate.
• Traffi.app is a data processor when processing personal data on your behalf.
• Business customers may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) by emailing hello@traffi.app.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for any personal data included in content you ask us to generate or publish.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect.

Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.

If you are an EU consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may also apply, and you may bring claims before your local courts.
